The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation of the storming of the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli settlers in serious violation of international law and the historical and legal situation in Jerusalem and its holy sites, stressing that the ongoing violations and attacks on the holy sites exacerbate tension and push the situation into a continuous cycle of violence.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed its demands on the international community to discharge its responsibilities to end the escalation of the Israeli occupation, provide the necessary protection to civilians and exert all efforts to end this long-running conflict.
