His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent a written message to the President of the Transitional Military Council of the Republic of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby.

The message was delivered by the Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Chad, Amer bin Ali Al-Shehri.​
