​His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, sent a cable of congratulations to Mr. Joyce Banda, President of the Republic of Malawi, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
