​Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in a one-day Conference on Afghanistan, which started in Tokyo today (18-8-1433), with the participation of representatives from more than 80 countries.

The conference discusses the civilian assistance for Afghanistan after the withdrawal of NATO forces.
