​The Saudi Embassy in Washington held today (20-8-1433) a luncheon party in honor of a delegation of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE), currently visiting the United States of America, headed by Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Sulaiman. the City's Vice President.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Al-Sulaiman said that the visit comes within the framework of reaching a cooperation agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America in the field of peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and within the framework of Saudi Arabia' seeking for benefiting from the new sources of energy represented by nuclear and renewable energy sources.
